Turnaround Time:
- Our current turnaround time is 7-10 business days. This is the time it takes for us to print and prepare your custom-made items for shipping.
Shipping Time:
- In addition to the turnaround time, please allow an extra 3-5 business days for shipping. The shipping time may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
Cancellations, Returns and Refunds:
- Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed, as we begin processing them immediately to ensure timely delivery.
- Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the wrong item was sent or there is an error in the design that was made by us.
